One principle matters above all in supply chain deployments: the code must resolve for as long as the product exists. A label printed today may be scanned at a returns facility five years from now. Any QR platform whose codes stop resolving when a subscription lapses is a liability in this context โ your printed labels are a physical asset and should behave like one.
